API

There are three widget classes:

NiftiWidget(filename)	Turn .nii files into interactive plots using ipywidgets.
SurfaceWidget(meshfile[, overlayfiles])	Interact with brain surfaces right in the notebook.
StreamlineWidget([filename, streamlines])	Turns nibabel track files into interactive plots using ipyvolume.
